J-BOX
- J-BOX side walls are perforated stainless steel; bottom side with PTFE (Teflon) sheet mounted.

Main Heat Exchanger
- Vertically mounted shell & tube heat exchanger.
- Single pass manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel pipe.
- Heating gradient from 30° C to 80° C; for 50° C temperature increase 0.5 - 5° C/min (steam pressure 6 bar g).
- Condensate return on/off valve.
- Cooling gradient 0.5 - 3.5° C/min
- Proportional Heating / Cooling valve.
- Cooling water return on/off valve.
- Standard compensator on the heat-exchanger's body.
- Diaphragm valves with positioner for controls the steam & cooling water properly.
CIRCULAR HORIZONTAL TYPE FILTERING SYSTEM
- Filter is on the suction side of the main circulation pump to ensure the same efficiency throughout the process.

- High efficient direct couple centrifugal type pump.
- Pump circulation capacity for cycling 1 turn in 3 minutes of 1 /4 liquor ratio.

RAPID DOSING SYSTEM WITH PRE-DILUTION
- Shortens the process time by diluting the chemical with the process bath.
- Machine to additional tank transfer.
